Sentrina Calamba continues to be a strong market leader in the area with 289 units or 94% of its updated inventory already sold as of February 2024.

House and Shophouse Construction

With construction in full swing, we have completed 276 units.  254 units have already been turned over to homeowners. Another 22 units are currently at various stages of development; this includes the distinctive Shophouse units, which are also taking shape within this bustling environment.

Land Development

Land development is 100% complete. All water and power distribution lines are already installed and energized, ensuring reliable water and power source for our residents.

Homeowners Association

The subdivision has successfully established its homeowners association, a key step towards nurturing a strong sense of community and cooperation among residents. This association is envisioned to be at the heart of community-building efforts, ensuring that every resident has a voice in shaping a harmonious and collaborative living environment

Construction Update

Land development for the subdivision is 100% complete. All Water distribution lines are up and working. 80% of all power distribution lines have been installed and energized.

Construction of amenities is in progress - the clubhouse, basketball court, and swimming pool area are all more than 75% complete. When completed, families will get to enjoy the comforts of urban living with these resort-inspired amenities.

115 units have already been completed and turned over and 74 of these units have already moved into. 60 units are currently ongoing construction.

Sentrina Calamba continues its strong presence in the market, with 85% of its units already having been sold as of June 2021.
